Chris Kennedy:- A circular walk starting from Southease YHA near Lewes and following the SDW east to Beddingham Hill then turning south to Bishopstone and Seaford. A walk along the prom before climbing to Seaford Head and down to the Cuckmere Valley. Through part of Friston Forest then along the Cuckmere River to Alfriston. Returned to Southease via the SDW ridge.
